The file consists of letters, an informational booklet, a program guide, a dinner ticket, and a newsletter documenting the activities of the Hamilton Civic Hospitals School of Nursing Alumnae Association and The Great Homecoming Reunion of 1989.

The collection consists of records collected by Blanche Chudyk and Jeanette Joyce Houghton from fellow classmates, that document the activities of the Hamilton General Hospital (HGH) School of Nursing (SoN) Class of 1946B, and includes photographs, news clippings, publications, documents, correspondence, program guides and brochures.

The file consists of handwritten and ditto-copied lecture notes taken by nursing students, and Province of Ontario nursing exams from the years 1943-1946. Also included is a newspaper clipping of a job advertisement found pinned to the 1946 exams.

The file consists of publications created by Hamilton Civic Hospitals (HCH) to inform employees, nursing school alumnae, and the general public about events involving the HCH between the years 1984-1991. Also included is an HCH special advertising feature published by the Hamilton Spectator and a brochure from the Public Relations Department of HCH.

The file consists of newspaper clippings from the Hamilton Spectator and the Globe and Mail which document events involving graduates of the HGH SoN Class of 1946B, as well as obituaries for former directors and doctors from the school.

Item is a panoramic of the 1946b graduating class from the Hamilton General Hospital, School of Nursing. There are 93 graduates posing in three rows wearing nursing uniforms and caps and holding a bouquet of roses. Seated centre in the first row are five individuals, two wear suits and ties, and the other three are also in nursing uniforms. The panoramic was taken outside in front of an unidentified building by Cunningham Photographers of Hamilton. Affixed to the back of the panoramic is a white piece of paper with the names of the graduate written in black ink. There is a red check mark by some of the names.
