File consists primarily of records relating to Francis Chisholm's work at Chedoke Hospital coordinating meetings and services for staff, chaplains, and community clergy on St. Luke's Day. A small number of records relate to Chisholm's involvement with coordinating meetings and conferences for the Hamilton Chapter of the Order of St. Luke the Physician on St Luke's Day. Included are St. Luke's Day meeting invitations and responses; lists of hospital chaplains attending St. Luke's Day meetings and services; St. Luke's Day programs; a CV of Dr. F Graham who was a speaker at the 1971 St. Luke's Day Chaplaincy Meeting; and meeting invitations and summaries for the Order of St. Luke the Physician.

File consists of various drafts of a “Spinal Cord Programme “ written by Talbot, Bernard and drafts of a “Spinal Cord Programme in the Hamilton Region” written by Dinsdale, Sidney M. Also included is correspondence between Talbot, Bernard, E.J.M Campbell, and Dinsdale, Sidney M. discussing the programme and its development.

File consists of slides relating to spinal cord injury (SCI). Slides depict significant events relating to spinal cord injury, people affected by spinal cord injury, spinal cord injury cartoons, and other spinal cord injury topics related to education, leisure, family life and marriage, housing, barriers, equipment, and mobility. A significant number of slides depict individuals impacted by spinal cord injury and their activities within Lyndhurst Lodge, Deer Lodge and Shaughnessy Hospital.

Individuals depicted include James Burke, John Counsell, Kenneth Langford, Andy Clarke, Robert Waterhouse, Tony Mann, Ted Carviel, Glenn Jewett, Jack Higman, and Jack Nutt.

File consists of typed meeting minutes and attachments related to special meetings of the Hamilton Academy of Medicine. Topics within the special meetings vary. The file contains photocopied records where the originals were destroyed.
