File consists of typed and photocopied minutes where the originals were destroyed regarding a special meeting on welfare relief hosted by the Hamilton Academcy of Medicine. In addition, the file contains a financial breakdown of the average living costs in 1933, as well as a transcribed communication addressed to the mayor of Hamilton and Board of Control. This document was retyped by the project archivist.
