Series consists of yearbooks that were created by Yearbook Committee members of the McMaster Medical Student Council between the years of 1982-2016. Yearbooks from the years 1986, 1991, 1993, 1994, 1996, 1997, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2008, and 2013 are missing. Yearbooks include photographs depicting students engaged in academic and social events, graduation portraits, class demographics, quotations, and advertisements.

Included are articles, reports, book chapters, correspondence, and a photo negative. Publications and writings cover such topics as veterans and disability, disability policy, woman with disabilities and aging, locomotion, occupational therapy education, and using oral history to document disability.

Topics that are covered include living in Canada and issues of identity and economy, respiratory science, visiting professorship reflections, and medical education.

The series consists of correspondence and minutes related to special meetings held by the Academy on a variety of issues including health care, fee-splitting for doctors, medical insurance, fluoridation, and drug use.
Series consists of audiovisual material created, collected and/or received by Mary Tremblay that relate to her research and teaching activities on the history of rehabilitation and disability, with a significant focus on rehabilitation of veterans in the context of the World Wars. Included are photographic slides, presentations on CD, and video recordings on VHS. Many of the slides, as well as presentations, appear to depict various magazine covers, journal covers, newspaper articles, people, places, and textual information relating to disability and rehabilitation.
The series consists of the correspondence, programme committee minutes, and programs pertaining to Osler Day events hosted by the Academy. In addition, there is a pamphlet titled "A Preliminary Account of the Proposal that the Hamilton Medical Society, The Wentworth County Branch of the Ontario Medical Association should take a leading part in the foundation of an Osler Memorial".
